Due to the nature of VipNumbersFamily Services, returns, refunds or replacements are not always possible.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are Activated. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the activating process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all phone numbers that are not working or not activated. Just let us know and we will provide a replacement or refund as preferred.

Availability of Telephone Numbers

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date listings, certain telephone numbers displayed on our website may have already been sold or may no longer be available for purchase. In such cases, we make reasonable efforts to promptly update or remove those listings.

If a customer purchases a telephone number that is later determined to be unavailable or already sold, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from such unavailability.
