When you make a purchase on our website, within 24 hours we will contact you by call or email and send you the account number by email in order to activate your new phone number on your SIM card.

Account number activation

You will need to take your new account number and PIN to your preferred telecom carrier and activate it. Usually the activation process takes 3-7 business days.

If you are looking for a gift for someone else, please contact us in any way: email, phone number, Instagram direct, website live chat, etc. And we will proceed with the process.

Wrong account / missing info

If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Activation time

Activation time varies by carriers and location. Approximately activation takes 3-7 business days.

This doesn't include our 1-3 day processing time.

You will receive an email with the account number once your order is ready.
